Description (partial)

Symptom:
If a Nexus 6001P switch with older power-sequencer 3.0 or lower is upgraded from 6.0(2)N1(x) to 6.0(2)N2(1), 6.0(2)N2(1a) or 6.0(2)N2(2), the power-sequencer gets upgraded to version 4.0 as part of the install process. Due to this bug, when the power-sequencer gets upgraded to 4.0, 6001P switch might into a infinite reboot loop.

Conditions:
A Nexus 6001P switch with older power-sequencer 3.0 or lower is upgraded from 6.0(2)N1(x) to 6.0(2)N2(1), 6.0(2)N2(1a) or 6.0(2)N2(2) using install all process. This bug does NOT affect Nexus 6004 or Nexus 6001T or any of the Nexus 55xx.
