Symptom: Incorrect Agent state displayed on parent when consult transfer is done. Conditions: 1. Deployment: Parent child 2. Login Agent1 with Extension1. Logout the Agent1. 3. Login the Agent2 (this is the agent2 (Child2) mentioned below) with Extension1. After doing Consult transfer from Agent1(Child1) to agent 2(Child2) using agent id.
