Description (partial)

Customer is seeing poor performance from their CVP solution including dropped calls at a call volume lower than is documented and licensed for.  They may also experience PIM "resets" where the PIM connecting to the CVP server keeps dropping and switching between the A and B PGs.

Customer is doing initial setup of CVP and is looking for guidance on how to configure their antivirus solutions (beyond just McAfee).  This can also occur in a fully installed and functional system where call volume has increased, network traffic has increased, or new CVP applications which require more processing power are deployed.
