Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Running Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) reports through Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) fails. The CUIC reporting engine is unable to connect to the UCCX database. Conditions: This issue occurs after installing UCCX 9.0(2)SU1ES3. Applying the rollback COP file to roll back ES3 does not alleviate the issue due to CSCum68209.
