Description (partial)

Symptom:
If an outbound SIP call from an MCU takes longer than 64 seconds to connect, the MCU may cancel the call before call set-up is complete.

Conditions:
This defect occurs when an MCU sends a SIP INVITE message, but doesn't receive a final response to the INVITE within 64 seconds.
