Symptom:
TMS administrators do not have a way to send a confirmation email to the organizer of a meeting from the List Conferences page

Conditions:
The reason the customer is asking for this enhancement is that in new installations/integrations of the TMSXE where customers resource mailboxes with pre-existing meeting on the resource calendars. When the resource mailboxes are integrated with the TMSXE and the pre-existing conferences are sync'd to TMS the organizer does not receive a confirmation email that their meetings were sync'd. The customer would like the ability to send the organizer a confirmation email.

This feature would also assist the TMS administrators and the organizers of meetings with comparing what is in TMS with what the organizer has on their Outlook calendar.
