Description (partial)

Symptom:
After applying an Engineering Special Rollback COP file to rollback the ES installation, fixes made in the ES for Cisco Unified Intelligence Center running co-resident on UCCX are not rolled back.

Conditions:
This occurs because the rollback COP file does not have the intelligence necessary to rollback previously modified files that are related to CUIC.
