Last Modified

Apr 16, 2016

Products (1)

  • Cisco TelePresence Management Server

Known Affected Releases

14.3.1

Description (partial)

Symptom:
When scheduling a Cisco TelePresence Server in Cisco TMS, Cisco TMS assumes that the maximum call bandwidth for each call leg is 4Mbps. A TelePresence Server is able to do 6Mbps per call leg, meaning that the bridge's full capacity is not used by Cisco TMS.

Conditions:

All versions of Cisco TMS have the TelePresence Server's maximum bandwidth per call leg hard coded to 4Mbps.
