Symptom: Audio not unmuted in first attempt after changing video call from UCM setting when audio is muted in a video call Conditions: 1. Set the "Video calling" on UCM as "Enable" on endpoint A 2. Make a call from Endpoint A to another video-enabled endpoint 4. Press audio mute hard key on Endpoint A. 3. While in audio muted state, Change the "video calling" on UCM to "Disabled" 4. Save changes & Apply config. 5. Press audio mute hard key to unmute the audio.
