Description (partial)

Symptom:
When in Deskphone mode and a call goes to fast busy (e.g. dialing a number with no route pattern) the conversation window closes as soon as the fast busy starts playing on Deskphone leaving the user with no option to end the call from Jabber UI. 

If the Deskphone has SCCP firmware, then call window stays active on PC until the fast busy stops playing on Deskphone

Conditions:
- Jabber for Windows in Deskphone mode
- Controlling a Deskphone with "SIP firmware"
- Call an invalid number (e.g. a number with no route pattern in CUCM)
