Description (partial)

Symptom:
IPv6 CoPP ACL matches traffic incorrectly. Packets are not matched against IPv6 ACE of "permit icmp any any echo-request" or against "permit icmp any any echo-reply". This causes traffic to be classified incorrectly.

Conditions:
This symptom occurs with recent Cisco IOS images. Results are as expected on Cisco IOS Release 12.2(33)SRE9a. However, it is broken in Cisco IOS Release 15.2(4)S onwards.
