Symptom:
Thenew command - "transfer download datatype icon" is not clearly documented on any documents what we have.. 

on the release notes its not mentioned at all and on the command reference guide on 7.6 we just have a single line -

Downloads an executable image to the system. 

No proper explanation is provided on where we use it and the purpose of the command
