Description (partial)

Symptom:
Incase of a secure SIP phone,originating device drops the call when the PBX performs a CFA to another extension on the CUCM. 
From the logs , The SDP sent out from CUCM in 183 Session progress and SDP sent in 200 OK is different which is not compliance according to RFC and this is potential reason for device sending BYE.

Conditions:
When the phone is in secure state
