Symptom:
User can login to CTC without issue.  CTC window appears and loads but once it is fully loaded it will freeze the entire window and you cannot click on it because there is a pop up dialog called: "Manage of pre 9.6 release node" that goes into background and is blocking the CTC window.

Conditions:
CTC x-Launched from Solaris on pre 9.6 release Node.
