Symptom: Refresh issue in Voicemail Conditions: Steps to reproduce: ---------------------- 1. Register two endpoint A and B with CUCM. 2. Configure the voice mail in A 3. Send a voicemailo from endpoind B to endpoint A 4. Access the voicemail using credentials in A 5. After getting into user account go to menu button on the right hand top corner and tap on it 6. Now tap on sign out button 7. Observe the behaviour.
