Description (partial)

Symptom:
Video transmission while in a call cuts off upon launching the  Gallery app. Let A and B be in a call. Launch gallery app on device A. Check the device B for video reception from device A.


Expected Behavior:
Launching Gallery should not tamper with the call in progress.

Actual Behavior :
launching gallery app will force the device A to stop sending video to device B.

Conditions:
Steps:
1 - Configure two endpoints A and B.
2 - Establish a video call from A to B.
3 -Launch gallery app on device A.
