Description (partial)

Symptom:
CME: 2911, 15.4.1T
phone version 10.1.1.9

steps:
1. register phone to CME.
2. access CME 'My phone app' service. 
3. access the items under the menu will always return host not found. 
from the wireshark trace, we can see CME returned some valuable thing to phone.
