Description (partial)

Symptom:
Need a mechanism to prevent job event from triggering under some conditions.

Conditions:
Customer has a job event for job success with various actions and a job event for job failure with different various actions. When the job fails, they fix the job and in the end, they change the status from completed abnormally to completed normally as it is a standard to make sure all jobs are normal at the end of the day. The problem
is that once the job is changed to completed normally, the job event for job success triggers. Don't want this to trigger in this case.
