Symptom: No IM notification sound can be heard, no ringing sound, no voicemail or a call can be heard, no audio at all. There are no Audio Devices present in File/Options.../Audio in Jabber 9.7.0. Conditions: This is in VDI, WinServer2012/CitrixXenApp7.0 environment.
