Cisco Bug: CSCum60873 - TRPC may be left disabled in radio FW on aborted channel change
Mar 07, 2018
- Cisco Aironet 3700 Series Access Points
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: In rare conditions (when the AP software decides to abort a channel change), a software bug may temporarily cause the transmit power of the AP's 5.0GHz radio to drift up to +/- 1 dB. This condition would only last for a few seconds before it would automatically correct itself. As a result, when this occurs, the user may observe a throughput drop of only a few percent for a few seconds. Overall operational impact is minimal. Conditions: This bug would only occur on the 5.0GHz radio of a Cisco Aironet 3700 Series AP.
