Symptom:
ASR5K 14.0 MME showing non-matching PDN stats between "show mme-service statistics" and "show mme-service session summary".

example: "ALL PDNs" doesn't match "Total attached PDNs":

Conditions:
Seems to be affecting nodes running for a long time, as newly added MMEs don't face the issue.
