Symptom: Silent and whisper monitoring is not working when switching it with call in progress. Conditions: 1. establish call between endpoint A(agent) and B(customer). 2. Initiate silent monitoring from endpoint C(supervisor). 3. After monitoring is started, initiatie whispering without disconnecting monitoring session.
