Description (partial)

Symptom:
When Anyconnect client connects, igmpv3 packet is generated. ASA drops all those packets and generates following Syslog meesage.

%ASA-6-106012: Deny IP from 10.222.247.172 to 224.0.0.22, IP options: "Router Alert"
%ASA-7-710006: IGMP request discarded from 10.222.247.172 to outside:224.0.0.22

before 9.1.3 packets are dropped in ASP but no syslog is generated.

Conditions:
ASA using any-connect client.
