Symptom:
Cannot delele/save obstacles on MAP running Prime Infrastructure 2.0:
If the floor area contains too many obstacles (more than 2500 approximately) the Save operation in Map Editor fails.

Conditions:
Map has over approx 2500 or more obstacles created, causing the communication buffer overflow.
