Description (partial)

Symptom:
It is a race condition issue which leads to crash due to stale entries, 
In a scaled setup  it aggravates the issue , if a QoS policy (with policer action) is attached to numerous targets and if any trigger attempt to modify the policy  leads to switch crashes.

Conditions:
Crash is due to race conditions in ACl and QoS programming .

We have a Cisco 4500 switches and some of them is being reloaded without a known reason, Please check the log output and let me know what should be the cause for that ?
