Symptom:
Incoming call bubble is displayed again after answering the call.

Conditions:
[Steps to reproduce]
1. Launch phone app from end point B.
2. Select 'Settings' option from over flow menu.
3. Receive the call from end point A.
4. Answer the call.
5. Observer the behavior on endpoint B.
