Description (partial)

Symptom:
Possible 'memory-leak' in 'dhcpv6d' process. This might lead to a condition wherein 'dhcpv6d' has exhausted all its memory and unable to proceed with new session creation.

Conditions:
It happens during DHCPV6 session churn (up & down) at higher scale. Around 10MB of memory is leaked per 64K session up & down (as per initial analysis).
