Description (partial)

Symptom:
The "anyconnect routing-filtering-ignore" is an unsupported debug command that can cause side effects with respect to packet routing. This command should not be enabled by a customer unless advised to do so by TAC and if the command is found to cause unwanted behavior then this command should be removed. This bug is to hide this command from the CLI to prevent it's use.
