Symptom:
The following statistics have been added to CDNS (Caching DNS Server):

mem-cache-exceeded:

Reports the number of times the RRSet cache has gone over the
configured limit. This indicates that the configured limit may be
undersized for its environment.

mem-query-cache-exceeded:
=======================
Reports the number of times the message cache has gone over the
configured limit. This indicates that the configured limit may be
undersized for its environment.

remote-ns-cache-exceeded:
======================
Reports the number of times the remote name server cache has gone
over the configured limit. This indicates that the configured limit
may be undersized for its environment.

key-cache-exceeded:
=================
Reports the number of times the key cache has gone over the
configured limit. This indicates that the configured limit may be
undersized for its environment.
