Symptom:
Caller ID or DN incorrect after the consultation transfer completes.

Steps to reproduce:
1. IDC Dialer1 with DN 1051. IDC Dialer2 with DN 1052. IDC Dialer3 with DN 1053.
2. IDC Dialer 1 makes a call to IDC Dialer 2. Dialer2 answers the call.
3. Dialer2 makes a consultation transfer call to Dialer3 by selecting 2nd line and dialing 1053.
4. Dialer3 answers the call.
5. Dialer2 select line 2 to transfer the outgoing call to 1053.
6. Now Dialer1 & Dialer3 are connected with the voice media.
7. However both dialers display talker DN 1052.

Expected:
1. Dialer1 should display DN 1053 as Dialer1 is talking to Dialer3 with DN 1053.
2. Dialer3 should display DN 1051 as Dialer3 is talking to Dialer1 with DN 1051.

Conditions:
