Symptom: VSMS Recordings are not starting recording when the VSMS software starts, but the state is shown as "RUNNING" in the VSMS server's Management Console. Conditions: This can occur with scheduled recordings after the VSM software is shutdown uncleanly, such as with a sudden power loss or power off of a virtual machine. Then VSMS software starts up the recording state may be incorrect and not started by the schedule.
