Cisco Bug: CSCum53909 - DCCA stats are not available in WEMS from the bulkstat file pushed

Description (partial)

GGSN is not sending data related to DCCA statistic(for all peers) towards bulkstat( please find bulkstat file attached). The DCCA data is not available in the bulkstat file for the peer that mentioned by you. Because of this issue, WEM cannot display statistic related to DCCA . In the bulkstat file able to see the DCCA statistics for 32 peers only. We are suspecting on limitation/need to modify the schema/ might be any bug. Similar issue observed in LKO and the behavior is same.

1)Schema is already configured in GGSN.
