Description (partial)

Symptom:
CUCM currently doesn't have a LiveRcd softkey like CME has. Only way in CUCM to initiate a Live Record session is to press the conference button, dial the live record number or press a speed dial button, and then press conference again to complete the conference. This process is long compared to CME where you can set the live record number under telephony-service configuration and then pressing the LiveRcd softkey in the Connected state will automatically set up the ad-hoc conference with the live record number in a single-button sequence. This feature enhancement request is to add a similar softkey/functionality to CUCM.

Conditions:
Using Live Record with Unity Connection and CUCM.
