Symptom: On the WIM/EIM Supervisor Console, When the Supervisor goes to My Monitor to monitor the Agents on the team. They see that Some Agents have logged out of the system fine, but still are showing "Available for Chat" Conditions: They are not taking any chats. this appears to be cosmetic, and gets updated correctly the next time the agent logs in.
