Description (partial)

Symptom:
A system configured for Smart Call Home (SCH) feature where connectivity may fail during reporting if an explicit class for either the HTTPS method or the SMTP method is not defined in control-plane policing and there is continual violations in the copp class-default class.

Conditions:
This issue is only seen when the configured destination from SCH is known inband.

The issue is not observed if using the management interface as this interface is not subject to control-plane policing.
