Cisco Bug: CSCum50933 - Support 850 concurrently queued calls on 3945e VXML only DTMF gateway
May 04, 2016
- Cisco 3900 Series Integrated Services Routers
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When a 3945e gateway is used in a CVP deployment as a VXML only gateway, in DTMF mode the audio will become severely degraded when the number of calls placed in queue goes over 720-740. The listed capacity in the CVP 8.5.1 SRND for this platform in this configuration is 850. Conditions: The 3945e must be used as a VXML only gateway (not ingress) and must be using the DTMF mode (not ARS/TTS). All the sessions must be in in queue, not using some other function in the VXML gateway.
