Description (partial)

During a fail-over event of SAF forwarders, high CPU leading to code yellow condition may occur in Unified Communications Manager.

In a SAF network with redundant SAF forwarders with a large set of advertised patterns (over 10k in the network), a fail-over event  in the SAF forwarders may cause high CPU on Unified Communications Manager that may lead to code yellow.

The other scenarios that may lead to CUCM code yellow include:
1. SAF Network Withdraw; and
2. Remote Entity Withdraw large number of advertised patterns.
