Description (partial)

Symptom:
ROSA Client stalls when connecting with ROSA NMS Server.

Conditions:
The problem only occurs when the ROSA Client is synchronizing with Master Server (Global Inventory | Synchronize with Master...) and this is applicable to all ROSA NMS versions from 4.0 to 4.8.

In case a fresh NMS Server instance is created on the ROSA Client, the Client immediately connects with the NMS Server and shows all the managed devices in the ROSA explorer tree.
