Symptom: ++ H.245 - SIP OOB DTMF Conversion fails with "No Preference" on SIP Trunk. ++On CCM Traces, we will see following in trace snippet: 14209221.001 |05:31:52.979 |AppInfo |H245ASN - TtPid=(78986) [0xb0939d70 1448 bytes] -Incoming #845588 -value MultimediaSystemControlMessage ::= indication : userInput : alphanumeric : "1" 14209231.001 |05:31:52.979 |AppInfo |SIPCdpc(468550) - star_CcUserInfoReq: Outbound DTMF method selected is 0. Digit=1 and isMTPPassingThru2833=0 14209231.002 |05:31:52.979 |AppInfo |SIPCdpc(468550) - star_CcUserInfoReq: Outbound DTMF method not supported (0) Conditions: ++ Incoming leg must use H.245 Signal / Alphanumeric DTMF and Outgoing leg must negotiate KPML / Notify. ++ "No Preference" must be configured as DTMF Preference on outgoing SIP Trunk.
