Symptom:
++ H.245 - SIP OOB DTMF Conversion fails with "No Preference" on SIP Trunk.
++On CCM Traces, we will see following in trace snippet:

Conditions:
++ Incoming leg must use H.245 Signal / Alphanumeric DTMF and Outgoing leg must negotiate KPML / Notify.
++ "No Preference" must be configured as DTMF Preference on outgoing SIP Trunk.
