Cisco Bug: CSCum48963 - Cisco Seibel CTI Driver on CTIOS Server 8.0.1 Media installs on Win 2008

Symptom: Installing CTIOS Seibel CTI Driver from the 8.0.1 CTIOS installation media on a Windows 2008 server, configure site and it appears to be working properly until encountering heavy load, Then see a number of delayed conditions of the CRM Dashboard taking a long time to update. Conditions: Cisco Seibel CTI Driver setup,exe that is located in the seib75plus directory of the CTIOS Server 8.0.1 media installs on Windows 2008. This is not supported on Windows 2008 and is only supported on Windows 2003 per the UCCE 8.0.1 BOM. The same installer on the 9.0.1 CTIOS Server installation media has a version check and stops installation on anything but a Windows 2003 server.
