Symptom:
Warning on the SMA:
Quarantine: Could not connect to PVO release port on ESA <ip address>. This could be because the ESA is unreachable or PVO is not enabled on ESA.

Messages released from the Centralized Policy Quarantine on the SMA do not reach the ESA.

Conditions:
CPQ/PVO configured on the SMA, a NAT-device between SMA and ESA changes the remote-ip of the SMA
