Description (partial)

Symptom:
PI reports client bandwidth utilization above 100% for some clients over a period of time.

Conditions:
When a SNMP get is called for bytesSent and bytesReceived MIB, the SNMP sends wrong value to PI when client does not exists on the device.
This may be leading the MIB counter value having wrong value at the PI and result in showing wrong client utilization report on PI.
