Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a user sets a Custom Away status on Jabber, only standard Away may be presented as their overall user status. The Custom text is not visible.

Conditions:
This issue will occur when setting a Custom Away status, while also having once of the user's devices in an idle/away status.
