Description (partial)
Symptom: When tunnel interface has QoS policy-map configured, and lost the adjacency. Other than the QoS is put to suspended mode, the "service-policy output <name>" command is also removed from show running-config display. Conditions: When tunnel interface with QoS configured, and lost the adjacency, such as the physical interface lost the connectivity, would hit this issue.
