Description (partial) 

Symptom:
Cos to Queue and DSCP to queue Mapping will not be same as before ISSU.

Conditions:
Seen after ISSU from 6.1.3 and above 6.1.3 to  6.2.X and above 6.2.X
Seen after ISSU with Single Sup
With Dual Sup after ISSU the Cos/DSCP to queue mapping will be ok but after further change on Cos/DSCP to queue mapping the programming will not reflect the mapping anymore
