Description (partial)

Symptom:
Call Flow:
Phone B <- Third Party System < SIP Trunk < CUCM < H.323 GW < T1 < PSTN <-Phone A

When the 3rd Party Phone (Phone B) puts the call on hold, CUCM receives a reInvite with media inactivity. CUCM tears the media on the H323 call leg. Later the 3rd party system sends a reInvite to connect the caller to MoH. After sending SIP ACK to the 3rd Party System, CUCM does not send OLC ACK on the H323 call leg towards the GW. The H323 GW times out & the call is disconnected.

Conditions:
When one call leg is H323 & the other call leg is SIP Trunk & the 3rd party SIP System tries to invoke supplementary features.
