Last Modified

Jul 03, 2014

Products (1)

  • Cisco Broadband Access Center for Telco and Wireless

Known Affected Releases

3.8(1)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
FC-GRID-ID-FORMAT will support any property, including discovered data and value for Grid-id exceeds 12 bytes

Conditions:
1.	FC-GRID-ID-FORMAT will be always three properties each with 4 bytes length. So total length of the FC-GRID-ID is 12 bytes.
The default value of FC-GRID-ID-FORMAT = FC-ENTERPRISE-ID,FC-SITE-ID,FC-GROUP-ID
2.	FC-GRID-ID-FORMAT will support any property including discovered data except FC-DN-PREFIX
3. If the configured parameter in FC-GRID-ID-FORMAT is of type String, then it is converted to Java HashCode [String.hashCode()].
4.	If the configured parameter in FC-GRID-ID-FORMAT is of type Integer, then 'AND' them with 0xFFFFFFFF, so that the resultant output is always 4 bytes
