Cisco Bug: CSCum44553 - Jabber for iPhone - Incorrect use of the phrase "device COP file"

Last Modified

Mar 12, 2019

Products (1)

  • Cisco Jabber for iPhone

Known Affected Releases

9.1(5)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
There are multiple examples where "device COP file" is used incorrectly to refer to the Jabber for iPhone device configuration page on CCMAdmin. An example is below:

"After you upgrade to Cisco Jabber for iPhone Release 9.5, some previous device COP file settings no longer apply,"
- There is no such thing as device COP file settings. Only settings on the TCT device page exist.

This is found in the Jabber for iPhone 9.5 Installation and Configuration guide.

It is also present in the Jabber for iPhone and iPad 9.6 Installation and Configuration guide.
