Description (partial)

Symptom:
If LC has one or more slices configured in green mode (shut down) the Line card might reload on boot-up. The LC might reload a few times and then come up or it might continue to reload for a while.

Conditions:
All of the following conditions have to be true


1. One or more slices on the LC are configured to be shudown 

2. Following LCs are affected with this - NC6-10X100G-M-K (NCS 6000 10x100G Multi-Service CPAK), NC6-10X100G-M-P (NCS 6000 10x100G Multi-Service CXP). 


3. The board PCAMAP version should be less than 2

     e.g.
          sysadmin-vm:0_RP0# show diag location 0/5 | inc Vers
          Version Identifier       : V01
