Description (partial)

Symptom:
HTTP 500 error displayed when the access to pages under User/Phone Add submenu namely Page Layout Reference/Feature Group Template/Universal Line Template/Universal Device Template etc.

Conditions:
Condition:
1)Login to CCMAdmin
2)Access the following paths under User Management->User/Phone Add
->Page Layout Reference
->Universal Line Template
->Universal Device Template
->Feature Group Template
->Quick User/Phone Add.

3)Media Resources->Find and List Video On Hold Servers. Click on Add New button.In Video On Hold Server page.. same server mentioned below is displayed.

Following internal server error is displayed.
